Welcome to Beautyrush (“Beautyrush,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Beautyrush website, mobile applications, and all services provided by Beautyrush Inc. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Customers must be 18 years of age or older to request or receive services through Beautyrush.
Beautyrush reviews public sex-offender registries and other safety databases before approving accounts.
Customers must provide a safe, sanitary, and secure environment. Services may be declined if unsafe.
If a customer is persistently coughing or displaying visible illness, the pro may request that the customer wear a mask. Refusal may result in discontinuation of service while still being charged.
All pets must be secured before and during service.
Beautyrush cannot perform services on contagious infections, open wounds, rashes, or lice.
Optional disclosures help match customers with appropriate professionals.
Professionals must wear gloves for hands-on services and masks for face-close services or when requested.
If a customer cancels after the pro is en route, the pro is paid in full.
Customers must verify the Beautyrush PIN before service begins.
One-time partial refund available at Beautyrush’s discretion.
No harassment, off-app transactions, or illegal activity.
Customers may not hire pros outside the Beautyrush platform.
Beautyrush is not liable for unsafe environments or customer nondisclosure.
