We take who comes to your door seriously. Before any professional is approved on the Beautyrush platform, they go through a thorough screening process that includes identity verification and a criminal background check — searching national, state and local records including the National Sex Offender Public Website.

We partner with Checkr — the same trusted background screening company used by Uber — to ensure that the person knocking on your door has been properly vetted. No one goes live on our platform without clearing this process first.

✓ Every Beautyrush professional is screened through Checkr before being approved. Your safety is not something we take lightly.

We want every Beautyrush experience to leave you feeling great. However because beauty is personal and results can vary between providers, we do not offer an automatic 100% satisfaction guarantee. What we do offer is a fair and thoughtful process:

  • First, let your professional know directly what you'd like adjusted. Most concerns can be resolved on the spot.
  • If adjustments don't resolve your concern, contact our support team and we will assign a different professional to re-do the service.
  • If you are still not satisfied after a second provider has completed your service, we will review your case and may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
💡 Open communication with your pro is always the fastest path to a great outcome. We encourage you to speak up — they want you to leave happy.

If your professional does not arrive within the estimated window, reach out to Beautyrush support right away through the app. We will work quickly to find another available professional in your area and get someone to you as soon as possible.

🔄 If we are unable to find a replacement, we will cancel the appointment and issue you a full refund. You will never be charged for a service that was not delivered.

Any professional who fails to show up without proper notification faces account suspension. We hold our pros to a high standard of reliability because your time matters.

Yes! Children are welcome to receive Beautyrush services. However for the safety and comfort of both the child and our professionals, the following policy applies:

  • A responsible adult must be present for the entire duration of the service session
  • The accompanying adult is responsible for the child's behavior and cooperation during the service
  • Our professionals reserve the right to pause or discontinue a service if the child is distressed or the environment becomes unsafe
✓ Our professionals are trained in professional etiquette and client care. They will do their best to make every child's experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Absolutely! When you find a professional you love, you should be able to keep coming back to them. Simply tap the "Request My Last Professional" button when placing your next booking and we will send your request to them first.

If they are online and nearby, they will receive your request ahead of anyone else. If they happen to be unavailable, we will automatically find the next closest qualified professional so your service is never delayed.

My Care Package is Beautyrush's recurring subscription service — coming soon. It allows you to build your own personalized beauty schedule once and have your team dispatched automatically each month without ever needing to book again.

Simply select your services, choose your preferred days and times, and your saved payment method is charged automatically. Your pro shows up at your door like clockwork.

Modification & Cancellation Policy:

  • Modify your schedule — FREE up to 72 hours before a scheduled session
  • Cancel a single session — FREE up to 72 hours before
  • Cancel within 72 hours — 50% of the session charge still applies
  • Same-day cancellation — full session charge applies
  • Cancel your package entirely — 30 days written notice required
⚠️ Late cancellation fees exist to protect our professionals. When a pro holds a scheduled slot for you they decline other bookings. Their time has value and we honor that.
💡 Think of My Care Package like having a personal beauty team on retainer — your services, your schedule, your price. Set it once and never think about booking again.

We understand plans change. Here is how our cancellation policy works:

  • Before a pro is dispatched — Cancel freely with no charge. Your payment authorization is released immediately.
  • After a pro has accepted and is on the way — A partial cancellation fee may apply. The professional has already committed their time and begun traveling to your location.
  • If you are not home when the pro arrives — The full service charge applies.

Please cancel as early as possible through the app. Our professionals depend on confirmed bookings to plan their day, and we appreciate your consideration of their time.

Professional Questions

You earn 70% of every service you complete and your earnings are deposited directly to your bank account every 48 business hours through Stripe. Here is a quick reference so you always know when to expect your money:

💰 You receive 70% of every service you complete plus 100% of all tips. All paid directly to your bank account through Stripe.

Yes — working your own schedule is one of the biggest advantages of being a Beautyrush professional. When you are ready to work, simply open the app and switch your status to Online. When you are done for the day, switch to Offline. It is that simple.

That said, we do ask that active accounts meet a minimum activity level to remain in good standing:

  • A minimum of 3 completed services per week is required
  • If your account has been active for 28 consecutive days without reaching this minimum, it will be suspended for 14 days
  • If the suspension period ends and the minimum still has not been met, the account will be permanently removed
⚠️ Life happens — we get it. If you need to step away temporarily, please contact us before your account is flagged. We can place it on an approved hold so you don't lose your standing.

Yes! Beautyrush gives you full control over your earnings through our Early Cashout feature. Your total available balance includes all service earnings and tips combined.

Your earnings are automatically deposited every 48 business hours at no charge. No action needed.

Early Cashout ($1.50 fee per transaction):

Need money before your 48-hour payout? Use our cashout slider to choose exactly how much you want to withdraw — you don't have to cash out everything at once. Simply slide to your desired amount and receive it almost instantly.

  • Cash out any amount using the custom slider
  • Up to 5 cashouts per 24 hours
  • $1.50 fee per transaction — covers processing costs
  • Tips are included in your total available balance
  • Remaining balance stays for your free 48-hour payout

Your safety comes before any service, any booking, any amount of money. If something feels wrong — trust that feeling and act on it immediately.

  • Leave the premises. You do not owe anyone an explanation. Simply remove yourself from the situation.
  • Once you are safe, tap the support icon in the bottom right corner of your app and submit a brief description of what happened.
  • Our team will review your report and respond promptly.
🚨 Your account will be temporarily set to inactive while we investigate — this is to protect you, not penalize you. You will never be punished for prioritizing your safety.

Clients who are found to have created an unsafe environment for a professional will be permanently banned from the Beautyrush platform.

Investor Questions

Beautyrush generates revenue through three streams:

1. Per-Transaction Commission — 30%

Each time a service is completed through our platform, Beautyrush retains 30% of the client's payment. The professional who performed the service receives the remaining 70%, deposited automatically every 48 business hours. This applies to all service categories — hair, barber, nail care, skin care, massage and dog grooming.

2. Early Cashout Transaction Fee — $1.50 per transaction

Professionals who need access to their earnings before the standard 48-hour payout cycle can cash out early using our custom cashout slider — choosing exactly how much they need rather than cashing out their full balance. Each early cashout carries a $1.50 processing fee. Professionals can cash out up to 5 times per 24-hour period. This fee covers payment processing costs and contributes to our background screening program.

3. Subscription Packages — Recurring Revenue (Coming Soon)

We are developing a suite of subscription offerings starting with our My Care Package — a personalized monthly plan where clients curate their own beauty schedule, have their card charged automatically each month and receive a team dispatched to their location on the scheduled date and time. No booking required.
