Payment is processed through Stripe — PCI Level 1 compliant. Cards are authorized but only charged after a pro accepts the booking. If no pro is available, the authorization is cancelled and the client is never charged.

Our GPS dispatch engine finds the nearest available qualified pro and sends them a real-time request. The pro has 30 seconds to accept. If they decline, the next closest pro is notified automatically.

Pros apply through the Beautyrush Pro Registration and complete our Safety Sense Qualification — five modules covering hygiene, communicable diseases, professional etiquette, personal safety and professional boundaries. Must score 80% or higher to pass each module.

Beautyrush reviews each application, verifies credentials and conducts a background check. Approved pros receive a congratulatory email with instructions to set up their Stripe payout account.

Go Live & Receive Requests

Pro opens the Live Dashboard, toggles Online and waits for incoming requests. When a booking comes in, a popup appears with the client's photo, name, star rating, service requested, their payout amount and the client's ETA distance.
